As a Community Development Philanthropist, he is living his dream every day through designing new and innovative ways to build communities through housing and inspiring, coaching, and training others on how to do the same.

Formed in 2005, its business activities are focused on 3 different areas:
- The purchase, construction, renovation, management and sale of real property
- Consulting services to public and private entities in the areas of urban development, housing development, redevelopment, neighborhood revitalization, urban investment concepts, and the use of public and private sources of money and services to achieve the companies or client goals
- Manage and organize contractors and subcontractors in the areas of HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Landscaping and general construction.
Luvon’s training is designed for implementation of proven business models and strategies, accountability, and construction project management to increase profitability and maximize return on investment. His live training and events contain valuable and genuine content, messages, and action items that real estate investors and developers want and can implement to seize the opportunities around them while moving the business forward.
In order to fulfill the mission and vision, Community Solutions, must partner with several non-profits, potential investors, municipalities and faith-based institutions. Luvon extends his outreach in helping to make the process easier and more efficient for investors and developers through his collaborative online application, Vacant Cafe, an online repository filled with available vacant properties, professional industry resources, and more tools ready to assist and help navigate the Redevelopment Community, one rehab property at a time.
This mission/vision of Community Solutions derived from several years of field experience with various tradesmen, tenants, potential homeowners, developers, non-profits, and faith-based community to address: Where do we start? How do we develop and maintain feasible benchmarks and how do we get to our desired outcome?
We take a personal interest in transforming communities with a direct focus on design build or consulting to provide answers to the various questions posed by our partners, for the sole purpose of stabilizing various levels of housing, social and economic needs for a neighborhood or community.
Community Solutions controls cost, by providing staffing for projects specifically for the task and duration of the project thus avoiding excessive overhead. Teams are formed from well-established business partnerships in the construction trades including HVAC, Plumber, Electrical, Mechanical, and Roofing & Excavation. Community Solutions controls licenses for each trade hired to provide the legal authority to deliver trades work. All subcontractors are highly qualified to provide oversight and inspection services while journeymen level workers are typically hired on a project basis depending on the staffing needs required.
