Jayson Stone

Jayson A. Stone is a thought-leader and powerful force for the millennial generation who knows firsthand all about hard work and sacrifice. As a servant leader, he creatively pushes for solutions, executes learning-based action plans, takes the actions, learns the skills, and implements the habits necessary for productivity and fun. Graduating as a high school class valedictorian, he was on an uphill path from the start. Immediately after college, he took on an internship position, and as life would have it, he rose through the ranks and became CEO for the company in less than 5 years. 

He managed a team of over 500+ real estate professionals in the #1 real estate company in Prince George’s County, Maryland–all before 30. His leadership, effective communication, and sales strategies have enabled him to successfully grow the company profit by 54% in his first year in the role.

Jayson is the creator and host of DMV Realtor Radio, the podcast for real estate businesses sharing tactics for Realtors to make more money in less time and valuable business strategies to help move the business forward. For the last decade, Jayson has traveled the world on a self-education journey. He has attended over $250,000 of conferences, workshops, training, masterminds, and seminars. He has studied with some of the world’s leading mentors, trainers, and professional development experts to give him the tools necessary to reach ultimate success and share his knowledge with the world in a big way.
Jayson resides in Maryland with his amazing wife Arielle, and children Zayne & Alana. He enjoys spending his free time with family, reading, golfing, and identifying ways to grow, to get better, and make the highest and best contributions to all those he comes in contact with. Frequently recognized as a “Quote Machine,” one of Jayson’s favorite quotes is from Jim Rohn, “Your level of success, will rarely exceed your level of personal development because success is something you attract by the person you become.” Professionally, Jayson is most excited about rallying real estate agents to a better future. Damon Gambuto

Damon began his career working under Academy Award-winning documentarian Errol Morris where he first developed his eye for character-driven storytelling.

A move to Los Angeles led to a turn in the feature film world. After a stint at ICM, he made his way to Universal Pictures.

As the Director of Development for Jessica Lange’s production company, Prairie Films he further honed his eye for high-quality content.

Turning his talents toward television programming, Damon served as a showrunner and Executive Producer of over 800 episodes of television including hundreds of episodes of the hit HGTV series House Hunters International.
Damon’s writing has been featured in dozens of outlets and he was a part of the James Beard Award winning team at Serious Eats.

Omar S. Muhammad

Omar S. Muhammad is an entrepreneurship ecosystem builder who works with entrepreneurs, small business owners, corporations and government entities to build their respective economies and communities.

Omar currently serves as the Director & EN-TRE-PRE-NEUR for the Entrepreneurial Development & Assistance Center (EDAC) at Morgan State University.

Omar knows a little about the entrepreneurship landscape. He has been actively involved in entrepreneurship since the age of 12.

He served as a vice president for a nonprofit organization where he operated a $4 million small business loan fund within Baltimore’s Empowerment Zone, provided small business counseling and entrepreneurial training for women and other budding and existing entrepreneurs.

His love for entrepreneurship led him to media outlets. He served as a business columnist for a national business newspaper and served as a business radio talk show host for 22 years on National Public Radio. Omar is the board chair for the Technology Development Corporation of Maryland (TEDCO) and serves on other committees to further build entrepreneurship ecosystems for all. Omar is an active entrepreneur participating in ventures that include an entrepreneurial assistance and development platform, ATMs, waste management, mobile delivery, podcast host management
company and real estate investing and development.

Omar holds a Masters in Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland and a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Morgan State University. Omar has four daughters and two grand daughters. When he is not building entrepreneurship ecosystems, he is spending time living life with his family and friends, playing golf, riding his bike, enjoying a nice mystery or tuning in to a podcast. His mantra for life is improve and progress!
